Good Shepherd’s beautiful Carillon Bells have been ringing out over Marshfield for many years. They call us to worship on Sunday mornings and remind us of the privilege we have in gathering together to celebrate our Triune God. During Covid days and months they continued to ring out and were a balm to our spirits and a blessing to our souls.
For our 20th Anniversary we held a fund drive to raise monies for new Carillon Bells because the old ones had been silent for awhile. It was with joy and thanksgiving we again heard them ringing in invitation to our community.
We need to lend our voices to this invitation – to come and worship and to celebrate our 40th year with us. It’s our “job” to get the word out! Look through your previous Good Shepherd directories. Who haven’t you seen in awhile? Who has moved away that you still exchange Christmas greetings with? Who have you been meaning to invite to Good Shepherd?
Let’s continue to ring those bells and spread the word!
